Our Returns Policy
Should you have any issues with any of our items, please contact us and we will aim to resolve any issues you may have. This may include you sending photos of the issue and us contacting any carriers used, but please be assured we will aim to resolve any issues swiftly and to your satisfaction. We would prefer to resend items where possible, but under the consumer act you are of course entitled to a refund, this may require the return of the item first depending on the issue. Many thanks.
